• Once approved, refunds will be Processed and credited. to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product shipped).
• If the same product is unavailable for replacement, only then a full refund will be issued.
