Processing Time
All orders placed with i-Sparkle Accessories and Cosmetics are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During festive seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended; customers will be notified in such cases.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your accessories and beauty products safely and on time. Our shipping partners ensure secure handling and doorstep delivery.
Estimated delivery times based on location are as follows:
- Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- Across India: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier network delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
We may offer free shipping on eligible orders during promotions — such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Additional courier surcharges may apply for remote locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking details. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, external factors such as weather, courier delays, strikes, or incorrect shipping details may affect delivery. In case of a major delay, our team will notify you via WhatsApp or email with updated information.
i-Sparkle Accessories and Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the shipment has been handed over for delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other issues, the courier will usually reattempt delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us immediately with the evidence.
Our team will review the details and provide a resolution such as a replacement or refund (subject to our Refund Policy).
For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to locate or compensate the shipment where possible.
International Shipping
At present, i-Sparkle Accessories and Cosmetics delivers only within India.
We plan to enable international shipping in the future — please check back for updates.
